BrightLearn Academy, Cambridge's highest-rated academic tutoring company, needed to translate their exceptional in-person teaching outcomes into a scalable online platform serving students beyond their geographic reach.

The Challenge

Transitioning from in-person to online learning risked diluting the BrightLearn experience that achieved 94% A*–B pass rates. They needed technology that preserved academic rigour and the relationship quality that defined their brand.

We built a premium academic platform that elevated rather than compromised the BrightLearn standard:

• Subject-specialist tutor profiles with verified Cambridge/Oxford qualifications and student reviews
• Live tutoring sessions with shared whiteboard, problem-solving environment, and session recordings
• Adaptive AI quiz system identifying knowledge gaps and personalising revision focus areas
• Past paper bank for all major UK examination boards with mark scheme and model answer access
• UCAS personal statement tool and university application guidance module for sixth form students

Key Results

• Student enrollment increased by 280% as geographic barriers to Cambridge-quality tutoring were removed
• 94% A*–B exam pass rate maintained on the online platform — matching in-person performance
