Project Overview

EduReach, an Atlanta-based EdTech startup, required a comprehensive Learning Management System to scale from 200 students to 5,000+ while serving both individual learners and corporate training programs across the Southeast.

The Challenge

Their existing platform — a modified WordPress site — could not support video streaming at scale, live webinars, or the sophisticated corporate bulk enrollment and reporting their enterprise clients demanded.

Our Solution

We built a bespoke LMS designed for scale, engagement, and enterprise compliance:

• AWS CloudFront-powered video streaming supporting 4K content with adaptive bitrate
• Live webinar integration via Zoom API with recording and auto-captioning
• Intelligent quiz engine with randomized questions, time limits, and plagiarism detection
• Automated certificate generation with verifiable QR codes and LinkedIn sharing
• Corporate portal for bulk enrollment, progress tracking, and compliance reporting

Key Results

• Student enrollment grew by 2,400% in the 6 months following platform launch
• Course completion rate reached 78% — well above the 15% industry average for online learning
• Platform onboarded 47 corporate clients within the first year
