PropFinder Properties identified a gap in the London property market: buyers and renters overwhelmed by Rightmove's scale needed a neighbourhood-expert platform that provided local context, not just listing aggregation.

The Challenge

National portals lacked the hyperlocal intelligence London property decisions require — transport links, school catchment areas, neighbourhood safety profiles, and community character that local agents knew intuitively.

Our Solution

We built a data-rich, neighbourhood-intelligence property platform:

• Transport overlay showing commute times to Central London, Canary Wharf, and other employment hubs
• Interactive mortgage affordability calculator with Help to Buy and shared ownership modelling
• Agent partner portal with lead routing, subscription management, and performance analytics
• Property market trend dashboards showing price movement and supply data by borough and postcode

• Reached 8,400 monthly active users within 12 months of launch
• 340 estate agent subscriptions generating £280,000 in annual recurring revenue
