WanderUS Seattle – Adventure Travel Booking Platform

Project Overview

WanderUS Adventures, a Seattle-based adventure tour operator offering hiking, kayaking, and wilderness expeditions, needed an online booking capability to capture the growing market of digital-native travellers.

The Challenge

All reservations were taken by phone only, limiting capacity to office hours and completely missing the spontaneous booking behaviour of younger adventurers who expected to book at midnight from a mobile device.

• Secure online payment with Stripe and optional deposit + balance payment split
• Automated booking confirmation, itinerary emails, and pre-trip checklist delivery
• Verified traveller review system integrated with Google Business and TripAdvisor
• SEO-optimized destination guide content hub targeting Pacific Northwest adventure keywords
