Project Overview

WealthTrack Investments, an Oxford-based wealth management firm managing over £180M in assets for 240 high-net-worth clients, needed a digital client portal to match the service expectations of increasingly digitally-sophisticated HNW investors.

The Challenge

Monthly PDF performance reports were creating anxiety rather than confidence. Clients with no real-time visibility were calling advisors for portfolio updates during market volatility, consuming advisor time and straining client relationships.

Our Solution

We designed a sophisticated, real-time portfolio dashboard that gave clients confident transparency:

• Real-time portfolio valuation with asset class breakdown and performance attribution analysis
• Interactive historical performance charts with benchmark comparisons and drawdown visualisation
• Financial planning goal tracker with projected scenario modelling and Monte Carlo analysis
• Secure client-advisor messaging integrated with advisor CRM for context-aware communication
• Tax year reporting with CGT calculation, income distribution summaries, and SIPP contribution tracking

Key Results

• Advisor inbound call volume reduced by 52% as clients found answers independently in the portal
• 94% of eligible clients actively adopted the portal within 6 months of launch
• Client satisfaction NPS reached 71 — up from 48 pre-implementation
• £28 million in AUM retained from clients who cited the portal as a key reason for staying
