TechMart Retail, Yorkshire's largest independent consumer electronics retailer with 3 Leeds locations, was losing market share rapidly to Amazon and Currys PC World without a competitive e-commerce presence to retain digitally-native shoppers.

• Expert buying guides and comparison tools positioning TechMart as a knowledgeable alternative to Amazon
• Same-day Leeds delivery service with 2-hour delivery slot booking for in-stock items
• In-store repair booking integrated into product pages for brand loyalty and after-sales revenue
• Business trade account portal with credit terms, volume pricing, and dedicated account management
