DocConnect Health, a Pittsburgh healthcare network, built this telemedicine platform to solve the critical specialist access problem — with average wait times of 6 weeks for specialist appointments in Western Pennsylvania.
The Challenge
Geographic barriers and a severe specialist shortage meant patients were either waiting dangerously long for care or driving 2+ hours for routine follow-up appointments that could safely be conducted remotely.

We built a comprehensive, HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform with deep clinical integration:
