Project Overview

StyleHub Fashion was founded on a mission to make sustainable and independent British fashion as discoverable as fast fashion — creating a curated marketplace platform connecting conscious consumers with ethical UK brands.

The Challenge

Sustainable fashion's discovery problem was acute: small brands couldn't afford paid advertising, fashion-forward consumers wanted ethical alternatives but couldn't find them, and no platform served this intersection effectively.

Our Solution

We built a social commerce platform making sustainable style both discoverable and shoppable:

• Influencer storefront system allowing fashion creators to curate and monetise style edits from partner brands
• Outfit builder tool enabling users to create, save, and share complete look combinations
• Brand ethics transparency scoring across labour practices, materials sourcing, and environmental impact
• Circular fashion resale marketplace with size verification and condition grading
• Personalised discovery feed based on stated style preferences, body type, and ethical priorities

Key Results

• Reached 22,000 active users within 3 months of launch — exceeding 6-month projections
• 50 independent British fashion brands signed as commercial partners in launch period
• Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) reached £180,000 monthly by end of month 4
• Featured by Vogue UK and The Guardian Style as a leading sustainable fashion innovation
